How to Avoid Lung - During the Meditation Break

 

1. Engage in retreat for the benefit of others 

 

2. Take plenty of relaxing walks

 

3. Do exercises such as the five tibetans, yoga, chi-kung, tai chi to keep your chi moving

 

4  Eat healthily

 

5. Avoid coffee, black tea, sweets & biscuits 

 

6. Read biographies of famous yogi's like Milarepa, Marpa, Milarepa and Gompopa
